My Approach

I won't lie, change is never easy. But making changes through cognitive coaching is one of the best ways to make transformations that actually last, all the while getting to know exactly who you are and how you see the world. The cognitive aspect allows you to dive deep into your thought patterns, worldviews, and belief systems, allowing you to make better decisions and changes to your behavior that might be holding you back from thriving.

I specialize in guiding women in their 20s to 40s  who suffer from perfectionism, high-functioning anxiety and Good Girl Syndrom to recognize the changes they need to make in their lives, so they can build genuine confidence and reclaim their path to authenticity and success.

I use an individualized approach that helps you identify and use your abilities, learn new coping skills, improve your communication, and create changes that really last, all the while ditching bad habits that hold you back.

Different from therapy, coaching is usually a short process that uses a flexible model while staying focused on the present moment and your future. We emphasize the importance of working towards a dream, with a roadmap guaranteed to get you there, goal after goal.

Testimonials Say It Best

"Rachel is an amazing coach. She helped me get out of the rut I was stuck in, through a process of connecting with myself and finding clarity about what I want to achieve.
The process took about 3 months during which I learned a lot about myself and my thought processes and patterns.
Going through a coaching process is an exciting, empowering, and connecting experience! I learned to get to know myself for who I really am.
Highly recommended! Thank you."
